In terms of appearance, Hyundai IONIQ 5 N NPX1 is equipped with Hyundai’s new N Performance Parts—N performance package. It is also Hyundai’s first model with original modified parts for IONIQ 5 N. The modified parts installed on NPX1 include head and tail pump rectifiers made of carbon fiber, skirts on both sides of the body, and lightweight wheels made of carbon fiber materials, as well as reinforced suspension and Braking equipment.
From the appearance, the new car adopts a black shape as a whole, which looks very cool. The car continues the four square U-shaped LED daytime running lights above the Hyundai IONIQ 5, and is equipped with an illuminated N high-performance logo in the middle of the headlights. The new car is designed with lightweight as its primary design concept and is equipped with special racing components, which improves the car's turning speed and stability compared to the IONIQ 5 N. At the same time, the curb weight of IONIQ 5 N NPX1 is reduced by 200-250 kg, and the body height is reduced by 50-70 mm.

In terms of power, IONIQ 5 N NPX1 is exactly the same as IONIQ 5 N in terms of power. The maximum output power of IONIQ 5 N is 448kW (609 horsepower), the peak torque is 740 N·m, and the 0-100km/h acceleration time is 3.5 seconds.
