Recently, Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Recall Management of Defective Automobile Products" and the "Implementation Measures of the Regulations on the Recall Management of Defective Automobile Products". It has been decided to recall some Dongfeng Citroen Versailles C5 X cars produced between February 22, 2022 and June 1, 2022, with immediate effect, a total of 1,843 vehicles.

Due to the manufacturing process of the vehicles within the scope of this recall, some batches of rubber pipe bodies at the connection parts of the fuel pipes may crack, resulting in fuel leakage during use of the vehicles. The risk of fire cannot be ruled out and there are potential safety hazards. Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd. will inspect the vehicles within the scope of the recall and replace low-pressure fuel pipes that are confirmed to be risky batches free of charge to eliminate potential safety hazards.
