On November 1, NIO announced its latest delivery data. In October, NIO delivered a total of 16,074 units, a year-on-year increase of 59.8%; from January to October 2023, NIO delivered a total of 126,067 new cars. A total of 415,623 NIO new cars have been delivered.

On October 9, NIO officially completed its 30 millionth battery swap. On October 24, NIO announced that it has built a total of 600 high-speed battery swap stations, covering 482 high-speed service areas and 118 high-speed entrances and exits, covering 26 provinces across the country and connecting 211 prefecture-level cities.
